Inspired by Indian traditions that naturally nourish skin in transparent and holistic ways, YLLO seeks to solve complicated problems with ingredients you can feel good about, while helping girls be girls. The company was started by Jaz and Jamil, a woman with skin problems and a man who grew up in a country where young girls were forced to marry against their will. They set out to create effective, vegan skincare that helps empower women.
